Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure Verifone payment gateway. All payments are processed with 3D Secure authentication for your protection. We do not store your card details. You can also pay in-store via EFTPOS, cash, or credit card.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include 15% New Zealand GST.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely! Give us a call on (09) 634 2511 during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-2pm) and our team will be happy to process your order.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer NZ wide delivery?
Yes! We deliver across New Zealand with zone-based shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location. In-store pickup is always free at our Onehunga store.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Auckland and 2-5 business days for the rest of New Zealand, depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! You can choose in-store pickup at checkout. Our store is located at 45 Onehunga Mall Rd, Onehunga, Auckland 1061. We'll email you when your order is ready for collection.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within New Zealand. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at orders@optc.co.nz.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning any items so we can arrange the return process. All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, all products sold through Onehunga Power Tool Centre come with full manufacturer warranty support. Warranty periods vary by brand and product, typically 2-3 years for power tools and 1 year for accessories. We handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What brands do you carry?
We stock a wide range of professional-grade brands including Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Festool, HiKOKI, Bosch, Metabo, Stanley, and many more. We carry over 2,500 products across power tools, hand tools, accessories, workwear, and outdoor power equipment.

Of course! Our Onehunga store stocks a large selection of our product range. Come in during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-2pm) to see products in person, and our team can help you make the right choice.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer the best prices in Auckland. If you find a lower price from an authorised New Zealand retailer on an identical in-stock product, contact us and we'll do our best to match or beat it.
