1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Onehunga Power Tool Centre ("OPTC") website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. OPTC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• While we take care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We will notify you if an item is unavailable after you place an order.
• Images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely via Verifone. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
• We may cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors are identified, or fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer shipping throughout New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.
• In-store pickup is available from our Onehunga location at 45 Onehunga Mall Rd, Auckland 1061.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
• If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee. Contact us before returning.

6. Warranties

Many products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. In addition to any manufacturer warranty, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected. Contact us for warranty claims and we will assist with the process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPTC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Onehunga Power Tool Centre or its respective owners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
